Tonight we are making Spatchcock Chicken, baked potatoes and Shrimp Scampi. I used the recipe from NibbleMeThis for the shrimp. I used small cast iron pans we have. It was awesome and everyone should try it that likes shrimp.
Oh yeah I also forgot to "burp" the egg. I singed the hair on my arm.
