Going to do a stuffed pork loin with chive and garlic cream cheese some roasted bell peppers strips, sautéed spinach and onion and feta cheese wrapped in bacon and lots of perk up your pork rub . Not the prettiest thing but hopefully will taste good . Thinking of doing indirect around 350 tossing in some apple, cherry and hickory chips cooking till about 145 internal temp .Thanks to Griffin for the idea
