I love my green egg so much it's like getting married. You have the honeymoon stage when you get all excited to cook on it and become all happy and giddy just looking at it. Then you discover new things about it every time you cook or use it, get to know it more. Then you start
Letting go or yourself a little and start gaining the weight because of it. And after all is said and done. You are just satisfied to have it be a part of your life. My new love. If only in my doghouse, I have a green egg, then I am set!!!
