The big day is almost here. So looking forward to delivery of my new Egg. Looking forward to many discussions! I've read that it is highly recommended to keep the temp to 350 or below for the first few runs. I'm thinking that a slow cooked whole chicken to start out with is the way to go. Should I use the plate setter with a drip pan, or just go with the grill grate??
