customizing and signatures

I just joined the forum last night and have been reading through some of the posts. I came across a comment that said "might make this my signature." What does that mean and how do you do that? What other ways can we customize our feeds?
There are no "Mis-steaks." Everything can be "Cured!" Have no fear. Go forth and "Egg-It!"

In "My Profile", go to your username, then click "Edit my profile". You signature is text you can customize that appears at the bottom of each of your posts. See below.
