Naked Whiz Lump Ratings

I have some questions about Naked Whiz's lump ratings and this is not criticism in any way. Not complaining mind you, because what he has done is a HUGE service to BBQers everywhere, and it is a massive amount of data to compile and rate. Sometimes though it seems that some lump that gets more stars in all areas gets a Recommended rating while some with less stars gets Highly Recommended. Maybe I have missed something in the description of the rating system or maybe ratings done in the past were less stringent and the tests have become more critical. Just wondering... Anyway a BIG Thank You to N.W. for all he has done for us.
