About to face a problem I haven't had before. I've never had leftover ribs, as they have always gone completely eaten when prepared. My son will be late to the party (ribs rubbed an wrapped awaiting the smoke) and wants me to 'save him some'. I've searched the forum and see a lot vac seal and reheat in boiling water. I only need to keep a rack for a few hours then reheat. Any suggestions?

Microwave for a minute. They'll be fine.

I cut the ribs apart, make a large packet with heavy aluminum foil, splash a little apple juice in the bottom, seal it tight and heat at 350 for a half hour or so. Never dry and haven't compromised the "bark" too much. Make sure the bone sides are near the moisture.

just wrap them foil and in a few towels and put them in a cooler. They will stay warm for a few hours

That's what my youngest, who is still at home, gets after work. He likes ribs, and he thinks its fine.

Use the foil in the oven and DON'T microwave your ribs.  Foil, low oven temp, and a little moisture and they are just like they came off the egg.

Thanks all.  Depending on the timing, I'll either wrap and keep warm or reheat in foil with a little apple juice.
