    Looks really nice, I'm wondering how you didn't get any charring from your grid? Did you preheat without it? I have the same grid and I'm still learning that I don't need to heat it like my stainless. Thanks.

    @mteele This was an answer I gave to your question on another thread recently. The other question was is craycort worth the extra $ over a regular ci grid. hope it helps.

     "I wanted it because it allows for more options
    (somewhat novelty over necessary) over other standard CI grids I've
    seen. I never priced others for a comparison of pros and cons vs cost,
    but I like mine. Maybe if I had had CI skillet and griddle I would not
    have been so eager for this set up. If it's affordable for you than I
    think you'll enjoy it as I do. Here is the link that sparked my interest in them."
