Griffins pineapple upside down cake

My Mother use to make this all the time when i was younger none of my siblings liked it lol (thankfully my kids do). we only said we did but after seeing it here and how good it looked i figured give it a try  . Per Griffins suggestion on his site http://griffinsgrub.wordpress.com/2012/06/25/cast-iron-skillet-pineapple-upside-down-cake/
i went with chunks of pineapple . setup was plate setter feet up grid on top of that cake in a cast iron pan temp at 350 baked 60mins and turned every 20mins took exactly one hour . now Mrs.Phil also known as Pam is making up a batch of chocolate chip cookies to do on the egg and my daughter is making up the triple treat with cookie dough oreos and brownie mix later its chicken cordon blue more pics to come
