Haven't seen many food pictures lately ... alot of talk about the new forum and other stuff. Lets go back to basics and post great food or egg action shots![p]
Here is a T-Rex I did early this year. I think the fire and ice is a nice touch. With the egg you can grill all year round!

Chef Wil,[p]Wow, that is impressive. I have a fourth of July rib fest coming up, and I have been trying to figure out the best way to do large quantities. Not any more. But how did you maintain airflow to keep the fire going? I looks to be mostly blocked off at the grill.

Chef Wil,
I was wondering if I could get 5 chickens on my egg because I needed to cook 10 for a catering. This sure answers my question. Is the bottom door all the way open because the chickes will sure dampen the flow of air.[p]Did they burn on the bottom .. you look to be doing them direct.[p]Thanks,
