Ok, so it is 11:44 I am a little behind schedule.  My parents just left I had to get them to sign their paperwork for listing their home!  Anyway, got the lump loaded, cherry chips interspersed throughout. Lit it and letting it really get going before bringing it back down.  I filled almost to the top of the fire ring, you think that will be enough?
