New to the forum, but have read some great tips!  Inagural session with the BGE-----Prime rib, low and slow. Great way to spend a Sunday

    Aloha and welcome-I envy your location.  Should you have any questions just ask away-lots of people willing to help out.  The site search function is very weak but sometimes you can get good info using google and big green egg in your query. 

    Louisville;  L & S BGEs, PBC, Lang 36; Burnin' wood in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer.

    Howzit, from a former Kailua resident! I found Huli Huli sauce for sale recently at World Market and did a spatchcock chicken with it. Made me miss that place even more. Best of luck with the Egg!

    welcome.. I am a tad envious of your location as well, lol!  There are a few states that are on the job search list once my school is complete and HI is definitely on it.
