Lamb Sliders, tots, and Caprese salad...

On a whim, I grabbed some ground lamb at the store the other day, so figured today woud be a good day to use it up in some sliders...kids favorite around here. Thanks to @Griffin for the tots on foil idea from his chili dog thread. A few early tomatoes from the garden (early for Colorado at least) with some fresh basil and mozz rounded everything out.
