Made Cazzy's Wings earlier during the day and had all ingredients to make Griffin's Pineapple Upside Down Cake. My neighbor bought the XL today so we are doing some cooks at his house tonight. I told him I will whip up a cake for us.

After I saw Griffin's Cake I told myself "Cake You Will be In my Life"

Its cooling as I wait for the call from my neighbor to have Mrs. T and over.

I already forsee into the future of Green Egg Throwdowns.

I'm not a big cake lover, but Pineapple Upside Down cake is at the top of my list! I have to say i'm salivating just looking at it. Adding it to my list!

Just took the cake to my neighbors for his coming out Egg party. Cake was a hit. I think Strawberry/Ruhbarb Cobbler this weekend.

Our BGE dealer in Lexington, KY has cooking classes in the summer.  I took one last summer and the chef made one of these.  I don't really care a lot for straight pineapple, but the cake was great.

Melt a stick of butter with 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar in the Skillet, Layered my Pineapple slices and put the one cherrie in the center of the slice, and sprikled with chopped pecans. Made Betty Crocker cake mix.

350 For 1 Hour and rotated every 15Min to get it to cook even. Took it off and let it cool for about 10MIN and then flippedher on the cake pan.

I don't each many sweets at all but pineapple upside down cake is one of the few I like.  My wife made one on her Egg this week but she used stoneware instead of a skillet.

It sure beats firing up the oven inside when the temps have been so dang high!

Great looking cake, Tuttle. Way prettier than mine for sure. Glad everybody is trying it and liking it. I'm going to start looking around in a bit for a new dessert to try tonight
