Cold smoked sous vide skirt steak

Rubbed the skirts with susie q as a base and then hit some with cluck and squeal all purpose and some with cow lick. Then into the small with a little charcoal and a chunk of red oak and a bowl of ice to keep temps down. Smoked for 30 minutes and then sealed and into the sous vide at 134 for 24 hours. Got the salt block to 550 and threw the skirts on for a minute or 2 per side. Sorry no plated pics I was hungry......
