So from past threads looks to me as though ABTs are jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. And maybe a few more items thrown on.
2 questions. What does abt stand for and more important, do y'all flip them during the cook? I'm going 300-350 indirect but am unsure of flipping. Thx!

Atomic buffalo turd.
I cut my peppers in half making a canoe out of them. No need to turn. If you do all the cream cheese is going to run out.

What ABT stands for. Um....you won't believe me if I tell you but I'll try. It stands for Atomic Buffalo Turds. Not a gracious name but that's what it is.I don't flip mine, I do them in half like fairchase does and cook them 90 minutes to 2 hours at 250f.Knoxville, TN
