I was wondering about my set-up. I have been grilling indirect ( plate setter with legs up grate on top) for about 1 to 1.5 hrs at 350. By the time I take them off they are about coming apart, which is how everyone likes them around here. I love them the way they are but if I grill them direct can I get the same results with alot quicker time frame? Just need to pick a few brains on this one.

My husband grilled wings last weekend. We did them direct on a raised grid around 350-375 i believe. I never time anything but it def does not take an hour or more. They were the best wings Ive ever had
