Leftover Chicken Stir Fry (Lots Of Pics)

So after all the Mango Siracha Chicken we cooked for the pool party we had on Sunday I had quite alot of leftovers. The Wife wanted stir fry so I agreed to make it in the 95 Degree heat.

Chicken. Broccoli, Sugar Snap Peas, Bean Sprouts, and Soba Noddles.

What was the worst part of it was the heat outside and then standing over the egg with fire shooting out.

Also Was cleaning my gun before and decided to put it in the pics also.

Nice looking gun and stir fry. I feel you about the heat. I've been cooking a lot lately, but I'm slowly starting to lose my desire to as the needle keeps creeping higher.

Its over 100 today here in San Antonio. My poor vegetable garden is all wilted.....I hate this much heat.

Is that a le Creuset on your stove top? I dont miss the Texas heat, but that's about it. I sure miss the people.

Yep Its a 9QT Le Creuset. Got that for Christmas along with the Egg. The Le Creuset is an incredible cooking device also. I havent put it on the egg yet. I have a Lodge that I use for that.

Ha. My wife would kill me if I put her LC on the stove top. I think I got her teh 9 quart oval french oven this year for Christmas. She loves it. We're fortunate there's an outlet about 30 minutes from hime.

I cook with the LC on the stove and have even put it in the oven for braised short ribs.

Usually Keep my Pellet gun close by. It shoots hard enough to shoot your eye out. But if they wont leave I break out my 300 WTHBY.
