Ribs with Chipotle Honey rub & cherry wood

I'm trying a Chipotle Honey rub I purchased from Wholespice.com. Based on the aroma and flavor of the rub...I think it is going to make for some great sweet heat.

It is a perfect day here in New England. Ribs are on at 225 indirect, platesetter legs up. Drip pan with apple juice and apple vinegar.

Beer in hand, hanging out with the dogs on my beautiful new deck.

It seriously does not get any better than this.
