That is really cool.I poured my top too, I used Quikrete Countertop Mix. Wish I would have thought to put in some kind of design with rocks, glass, etc.Nice job.Packerland, Wisconsin

did you put a clear coat or sealer on the top after it dried? thats is some shiny, slick looking concrete.

Love the table. Think the Texas could have been bigger and I'll take a BU over the horns, but I can appreciate it (i'm in a 3 way split family with UT, A&M and me being the lone Bear). Love the way it glows in the dark. Great job. That might have to be a first, the glow in da dark.. Way to go.

I polished the concrete with diamond cut pads and then sealed it with a water based acrylic. Thanks for all the comments. Yeah, Texans do seem to like their state a lot now that I think about it. Was just trying to show all the cool things you can do with concrete. It is my first table for my first egg. Thinking about another egg so I might be building another table to go with it.

I bet come football season it becomes a beating listening to those Aggie and Horn Fans. I do like the Horns but Aggie fans a are in denial (I Know this because for of my Mensa friends are Aggies)And thats an Awesome table.
