After the 14 inches of rain yesterday it continues to rain.  I guess the pork shoulder can sit in the fridge until Wednesday.

    If I read it right you are delaying the low&slow cuz of rain....you may want to rethink your position :)>-

    I don't think you understand.  Average is an inch an hour.  I can't even light the egg let alone manage temps.

    best time to do a low and slow is heavy rain. now stirfry in a wok on the egg in heavy rain is not so good

    low and slow is the best cook you can do in the raine, put something over the top vent to keep the rain out, foil, a brick, a plate etc
