Multi Grid Setup - New XL

Have a 4 butt cook coming up (35-40 lbs - thank goodness for Sam's two packs) and a new XL this week to join our 6 year old Large. If I go adjustable grill at CGS can we fit WOO2 (with 17 1/2" stone on bottom with drip pan raised on egg feet), standard grate with 2 butts on main level and two on the 4.75" level?
I plan to use the two probe Maverick with one in the largest piece and one at the first grate. Any ideas about planning the timing of this cook?
