ABT's This weekend - Big Hit!

Decided to cook some ABT's for friends this weekend.
Started with big fresh Jalapeno's:
Then stuff them with a blend of the following:
White ones: Cream Cheese / Chives / Garlic / Smoked Gouda Cheese
Red ones: Cream Cheese / Pork Chorizo / Garlic / Smoked Gouda Cheese
Then added a Turkey Lil Smokey to each (more calorie conscious - lol) :
On the Grill wrapped in Thick Cut Maple Bacon:
Indirect / smoked in Hickory at 325-350 for 1 hour produced the following (They were a big hit!):
As you probably know - Maple Bacon cooked in the BGE over Hickory is pure candy!

How long was the prep time? I love ABT's, but I'm a lazy bastard when it comes to prepping them so I don't have them as often as I'd like.

The prep time is about an hour - just how long to mix and assemble everything (and cook the Chorizo real quick in a pan).
Turkey Lil Smokey's were great in it, and reduced at least those calories down
They were a hit!
