I did a google search back to the forum but I couldn't find any threads. There were a couple of simple recipes posted here. Could anyone add them or point me to the threads?
Any last minute advice? I plan on doing 550°-600°, plate setter with stone on top with parchment paper I will remove 3-4 minutes into it.

I did pizza last night and never pulled the parchment. didn't make a bit of difference for what that's worth to you. Turned out perfect. There may be a good reason to pull the paper but I didn't run into it last night.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

I did Pizza's last night but foolishly used wax paper instead of parchment because it was what I had. Oops. The wax paper burned, making it more work than had I just put the pizza on the stone.
I used the dough recipe on the package of "Pizza yeast" i got from the grocery store. It was simple, and tasted decent, but I'm sure there are way better simple dough recipes.
