Smoked a couple racks of ribs and grilled up some chicken breast. Good dinner with the fam and some friends while we watched the game.
Meat
Pork Loin Back Ribs and Chicken Breast
Seasoning
1 rack with DP Raging River and 1 rack with DP Dizzy Dust. Chicken seasoned with HEB Texas BBQ Seasoning.
Cook
Ribs cooked for 5 hours @ 250 on LBGE...then basted 3 times in 15 min intervals. No spraying and no foiling...pretty much a no work cook. Chicken breast cooked raised direct @ 350 on SBGE. Mesquite wood chunks used in both egg cooks.
Meat Temp
Toothpick and bend test on ribs. Chicken breast removed @ 160 and then rested for 10 min in foil tent.
Basting
Finished the ribs w/ Bone Suckin' Sauce

I did some chicken breasts yesterday too. Pounded out, stuffed with pancetta, jalapeno, cheddar and garlic. Wrapped up in bacon and sauced. Wish I could post pics

I have half a chicken I'll do tonight raised grid, direct. Does the BSS go well with Dizzy Dust or should I just do some seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper with the sauce?

One of my slabs was with Dizzy Dust and it tasted great. Both sound good though.
