Guess I should spend more time here and less on eBay. Tampa is within a days round trip for me. Would make a.good low and slow egg.

I am a couple hours away from Tampa, and blue would be cool, but for $50 more I can get one with nest, wings, and warranty, only green.  Anyway I need something smaller, a medium probably, to complement the current flock.

I would like to know the story behind how it is new.

and doc.  it's "new" because it hasn't been used.

in automobile collector's parlance it's called "new, old stock", or NOS

Just would like to know where and how its been sitting for 10 years.  It has been awhile but I had a friend who owned a Suzuki motorcycle shop, and he had new, in the crate, bikes that were years out of production in his warehouse.

I also wonder if there is original packing for the blue Egg.

i like to buy old school sunglasses like carrera Porsche and Boeing models. I always thought NOS meant they went faster. ;)
