The spouse came home stressed from the end of the school year melt down.  PIZZA!  So I went to the store, and made pizza at 2100, not my normal routine.

Turned out pretty good, actually achieved thin and crispy.

Looks good Doc. What dough recipe are you using for the thin crust?

Store bought Publix multi-grain dough, well rolled out.  I think the thing to remember with purchased dough is to go with the recommended temp.  This maker says 400 so that is what I do.  I see folks here posting grocery store dough cooks at 600, and I just can't believe it works.

I have been making my own dough. The one time I bought some dough, pillsbury I think, my little girl said it tasted like a box. Lol

I haven't seen any dough balls at my local store.

@Gato: if you dont want to make dough, try your local pizza joint.

I asked one, they said they didn't sell dough balls. I actually like to make it anyway.

Great looking pie Doc. I like to make a double batch of dough and freeze what I don't need so I always have dough within reach.
