I've been cooking for years but only got my large BGE about 6 weeks ago. After getting some good advice from an experienced egg'er, started lurking on the forum. I want to thank you guys for all the good info you provide. Not only have I managed to do several nice brined hens, great ribs and several briskets that turned out great but after seeing a thread on searching Craigs List tried it out. Found a second BGE (medium) never used sitting on a deck for 4 years. It was only posted about 5 minutes before I searched. Never had a fire in it and I got it for $175 with nest, sidetables. Hope to keep learning the tricks and again thanks for the advice and tips.
