So wings have been in the air on the forum lately so I decided to do some up this evening.  Is it sad that the family is sleeping and I plated these up when I'm the only one grubbing tonight?  Nah, VI is making everyone raise their game.

Left - Seasoned with Dizzy Pig Shaking the Tree and finished with Bone Suckin' Sauce. ( @travisstrick You were right brother)
Middle - My infamous Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Wings that I made at the Salado Egg Fest.
Right - Seasoned with Salt Lick Rub and finished with Bone Suckin' Sauce.

All look delicious.. question; what time and temp/setup? I am planning on wings Sunday.

Thanks!  Temp was 400 raised w/ drip pan.  Time takes about 40 min I guess.  I cook to temp so I don't really focus on time.

Man, those look great, Caz !  You're the one that's upping the ante here.  Like Iceman said to Maverick in Topgun, "You can be my Wingman, anytime ! "

Thanks Gato. Give em a whirl. The Shaking the Tree and Salt Lick ones are easy with minimal prep.

Mine take a little more prep...but still easy. One note, add chili oil to the recipe.
