Pork Shanks

Good Morning,

I have recently been to a couple of nice steakhouses.  Both times I haven't felt like a steak.  I have gotten Pork Shank.  It is now my favorite thing to eat.  I am wondering if anyone has ever tried to do a pork shank on the egg.  This is a lovely item.  If you ever see it on a menu I strongly encourage you to get it.
