Bachelor Smoked Turkey and Hot Wings

OK, not my formula cook. Bachelor night, while the spouse attends graduation at her school. Did smoked turkey thighs and a couple of legs, and hot wings.
The turkey is a utility cook, these are instant leftovers. The thighs were marinated in teriyaki and the legs in jerk for 24 hours. Done indirect at around 220 with a lot of mesquite (like the spouse likes it). At an hour and fifteen minutes the internal was just plain stuck at 160, just like a pork stall. I watched it for 15 minutes, and got to thinking my Maverick was not working, so I opened it up and used the Thermapen, which confirmed the temperature. Since I was near the end I let it heat slowly up to 350, and watched the internal climb too. Pulled at about two hours, internal at 178. The pic after resting shows a small cut, because I had to taste it. This may be the most tender and juicy turkey I have ever done.
I was going to do the wings direct on the other Egg, but what the heck, did it indirect on the one that was already hot. Done at 350, 15 minutes to a side. I can't figure out which way I like it, but I don't need mine really hard cooked. Marinated overnight in Dichickos Wing Sauce.
It was cool enough to eat on the deck, especially since I was popping in and out of the pool. Now listening to the thunder boomers headed in.
A good afternoon cook.

Looks awesome! I never considered doing wings indirectly..
How do you store your turkey leftovers? -Lemonade Nate
Is it done yet? Is it done yet? -
The legs will just be bagged and refrigerated for eating in the next couple of days. The thighs get stripped and put into snack sized baggies for freezing. We use these when we don't have time for a fresh cook for either lunch or dinner.Looks awesome! I never considered doing wings indirectly..
