I'm new on the block. New Lg BGE and lots of paraphenalia. I've cooked BB ribs, burgers (2x), smoked chicken legs, salmon on alderwood plank, grilled corn, asparagas and blackened cod. All have been very good. Looking forward to great adventures. I enjoy reading ya'lls' posts! Lots of good info. I will be tapping in for help and wanted to be a familiar name when I come calling. Thanks in advance!
