I do them indirect at 350-400 until 130 in the middle. Should take between 1 and 2 hrs. Just did one for Easter and it was really good.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

+1 with LS above-indirect. Best you will ever have-use a thermo for your desired finish temp. And this one needs a rest-tented for 20 +/- mins before carving. Gettin hungry here-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Yes, and tented means foil over top and loosely pulled in. If you wrap in foil the roast will continue to cook
