We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Just Veggies

A strange and busy cook night.  The spouse still feels under the weather, and just wanted veggies, so I cooked these direct and indirect on the LBGE, then converted for a couple other cooks.

Due to her feeling sick we got out of sync with our meals, and have some food thawed that needs to be cooked, but will become instant left over.  I hate instant left overs.

Anyway, some other cooks to be posted.
