Pizza Night

I feel like its been a while since I've done pizzas and I had some dough cold fermenting for a few days so I gave it a go...

Pepperoni and fresh mozzarella pie and the other is arugula, goat cheese, peppers, and bacon (homemade)

Egg was 750, pies took about 3 or 4 minutes, setup was stone on top of AR with the 13"stone down of the spider for indirect...wicked good lump.
