I have been thinking about a BGE for 2 years and finally got off my dead a*& and bought one last weekend. I just used it for only the second time tonight. But I have been following the forum for quite a while and am looking forward to following all your advice. I can already see my summer slipping away into a fog of Egg obsession.

Not new to grilling. I have a very nice gas grill, but always missed the charcoal flavor and wanted to try my hand at smoking. The salesman told me the only limitation to the Egg is my imagnation and having looked at them for 2 years I didn't doubt a word of it.
I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

I'll post some photos of the selection at my local fishmonger. My hometown lies at the confluence of the Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake Bay, so we get an amazing variety of very fresh seafood. I am definitely going to figure out a 1001 ways to make the most of that on the Egg.
