Pork Butt
Made ya look!! :P
Been a long time since I've done an overnighter, and after working 11 straight days, this was almost going to be a turbo butt on Friday, but at the last minute, I said screw it, poured myself a bourbon and coke and fired up the Egg. Figure the Auber Pit Controller can take care of it anyway. Butt went on at 10.
The temp is so low because I just opened the dome,
Should be a good night.

It ended up going 16.5 hours. Right now its wrapped up in foil and in a cooler waiting for Mrs. G to get home. Speaking of....I should probably get started on the coleslaw.

yeah I scored the surface for more bark.
Not sure on weight. There were two in a package that weighed about 19.5 lbs. Looked about the same size. 250 for first 4 hours, 225 for the next 12.5 hours.
