Baby back pork ribs
Rub with DP red eye express.
Indirect @270 dome till cracks on top
Baste with half allegro h&s half balsamic viniger every 30 min.
Coat with Stubbs sweet heat BBQ sauce 15 min before done.

Not only did I educate many folks about the egg, my friend couldn't stand it and baught a lg a few hours ago. He saw the goods coming off the egg and made a call to order one. He picks it up tomorrow.

Nice Travis. Where did he buy it from? Chris ( from the distributor) and I cooked at Ace in Salado today.

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
