Mitt for Handling Cast Iron out of Egg

For the last 6 years I've been using a trusty, almost elbow length, oven mitt when cooking at high temps on the egg.

For easter I was grilling fajitas on a cast iron griddle with the Egg somewhere between 500-600.

I used the mitt to pick up the griddle and actually caught it on fire.

So, anyone have any suggestions on a good glove/mitt for handling pretty high temp iron?

Extra long is a bonus (as always)

lots of things I have seen are rated for 400-450 and that's just not gonna cut it.

Thanks in advance
