My stomach growled at the brisket.
My mouth watered at the ribs.
But my eyes popped at the beans in a box!
Makes planked fish so ordinary.

I have clean the box whith hot water and for 10-12 hours in clean water immersed. the box was for 3 hours at 120°C in the egg.

You can put the lid back on the box and send the beans to me. Don't forget a few slices of the brisket and 1/2 slab ribs. That looks great! (I would guess 'looked' would be correct)

You learn something every day. How many cooks can you get out of that box before it bites the big one?
Oh yes, wow on the cook.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -

Man....you're cook is way off the charts. You had me at brisket!
3:-O
Actually, I had to come back and edit. I seriously don't know if I've seen finer pics of food cooked on the Big Green Egg. I'm actually startled at how I might cook any one of those items....and you cooked all three! I'm struggling with my first rib cook and your pics make me feel like I'm in Kindergarten. If you could share your methods of seasonings, cook times etc....I will definitely add them to my bucket list!
