It is an XL. She did actually eat and like the pork. I did this 4 days after I got my egg. It was the only way I could think of to feed large numbers of people with a small amount of effort. I read another post about pork shoulder taking a long time on a new egg and I feel your pain. I did these at 200-210 for 23 hours. Wrapped in foil, towels, and put in a cooler for 2 hours then pulled 20 minutes before the party. It was amazing.
