I have had my egg for about two weeks now I have done a pork butt and some burgers. I did my first pizza and burnt my gasket. The pizza came out great this was the first time I tried a pizza. It was a simple one. I got the BGE up to 550 checked the pizza stone it was at 500. Plate setter with legs down and the pizza stone on the feet. I am amazed with my BGE. I do have one question how does the plate setter go legs up are down for pizza are does it matter? Sunday I will be doing some turbo ribs and some trex steaks.
