Who's coming this year? We missed it last year due to a schedule conflict...looking forward to meeting and greeting some local eggheads! Rhana and I will be doing a high heat pork butt demo for some pulled pork sliders as well as our signature smoked cheeses and grilled pineapple slices...

Also for those of you in Seattle, the Cash and Carry has 40# bags if Lazzeri mesquite charcoal for $14 bucks. I've been using it for a month now and it's been great. Be aware that there are some MONDO pieces of lump in that bag! Cash and Carry also may be a reasonable place to get some big chunks of meat as they cater to restaurants with lots of bulk stuff.
