Beautiful Spring day here in NW Florida. Got some fresh flounder, tilapia and spring vegetables on the BGE today. Turned out really good. Grilled at about 400 for 20 minutes. Seasoned with fresh lemon, butter and Cavenders Greek Seasoning...Life is good!!

Where did you catch the flat fish? I used to ruin the flounder on the west side.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

Shame to say, but got it at the fish market!! Lots of great places to gig some flounder around here though!

What fish market? I used to sell to Maria's. And some to Gulf Breeze bait and tackle. When I lived at my moms house, I could catch or gig a few flounder almost on call.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

Cato's on 231 in Panama City. Couldn't believe the price. $9.95 per pound..worth it though. Gonna have to break out the gig and coleman lantern!!
