Crab Stuffed Shrimp and then some .... (6 pics)

Crab stuffed shrimp, saffron rice pilaf, spinach and mandarine orange salad with toasted almonds with basaltic vinaigrette, spinach soufflet, and flan.
As with most recipes, the crab stuffed shrimp could easily be cooked in an oven, but the Big Green Egg adds a hauteur that cannot be duplicated in an oven.

Wine was Pinot Grigio.

VI, still waiting on your answer from a month ago? Will you adopt me? My company has a branch in Houston.

You wouldn't like it, Chubbs.  I'd want you to caddy for me 3 times a week, then take my Lear Jet to oversee my ranching operations in Montana and Northern California.  I would want you to also make sure my Haute Cuisine Restaurants in Paris and Venice are keeping the finest traditions in dining.  I couldn't afford to pay you more than $175,000 per year, so you'd get very dissatisfied quickly.

Great Presentation. That looks like you could charge somebody to sit there and eat. Flan might be interesting to make on the egg.

It would be a pay cut but would be worth it. Good thing I can caddy and my favorites two places to visit are Paris and Venice. Oh, and we can take my Gulfstream III so your jet is not needed.
