We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Crab stuffed shrimp, saffron rice pilaf, spinach and mandarine orange salad with toasted almonds with basaltic vinaigrette, spinach soufflet, and flan.
As with most recipes, the crab stuffed shrimp could easily be cooked in an oven, but the Big Green Egg adds a hauteur that cannot be duplicated in an oven.

Wine was Pinot Grigio.
