Sliders and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Simple dinner tonight. Sliders with bacon ground into the beef with fingerlings roasted in a foil pan with evoo, salt and cracked black pepper-done raised direct in the foil pan for about 35 minutes.

MQ that makes me hungry all over again.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Small elongated potatoes....sorta looks like fingers. I get them in netted bags with a mix of red, yellow, and purple potatoes....good eats
