imageSlow Roasted Smoked Pork Loin - We seasoned it with Big A's Texas Hickory Rub. 250 degrees until it reached internal temp of 150 degrees, then we tented it for 15 min.

  • We used indirect method with a probe. We are in Melbourne, Florida. About an hour from Orlando, on the East coast. Been here for over 26 years.
