    Thanks ...they were right on the money.

    Only thing I might change is
    adding the smoke chips later after the lump stabilized to get more smoke
    action...and maybe going even higher with the cook temp to get a little
    more of that outside char. The taste was great...the hickory came through....just want to dial it up even more. And you're right Cazzy....she
    took the pics! LOL In the future it will probably be more like Mickey's version...common...let's eat! Yep..this is fun!

    Glad to hear/see it went well. Having been there myself recently I wanted to say, don't over think it, just cook it. Everything comes out tastes.
