Sirloin steak tips

I have 2lbs. of sirloin steak tips.  Each piece is about 1/4 lb.  I know how to grill to temp, but these are going to go really fast.  Any suggestions on a grilling temperature? I was thinking 450 for a couple minutes a side for medium rare.  Agree/disagree?
